Kid’s Work “Let’s Play” Summer Groups

Give your kids a unique opportunity to learn and grow and learn in 2021. Kid’s Work is offering play groups for enrichment and remediation, which helps kids practice skills vital for success in school and in life.

Groups consist of up to 5 children of similar ages or developmental needs. Parents also participate with their children.

Dates: June 15th to July 22nd every Tuesday and Thursday

This summer, Kid’s Work Therapy is offering the following play groups:

Pre-School Super Flex Academy 9:00 am to 10:30 am

This group helps pre-school aged children learn flexible thinking and how to understand the social world. Join Super Flex and the team of Unthinkables to learn non-verbal communication and social skills.

Fabulous Food Eaters 11:00 am to 12:30 am

This group is for all picky eaters. If your child has difficulty eating a variety of foods and textures, then this is the session for you! Children will explore foods and textures, learn principles of healthy nutrition, and learn to eat a balanced diet without stress.

Sensory Motor Playgroups 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm

For children 2 to 4 years old, explore movement and fun craft projects to develop gross motor, fine motor, and social skills!

Super Flex Academy: Social Skills Group 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm

This group uses a sensory integrative approach to assist children in flexible thing and to understand the social world. Social feedback and examining how non-verbal communication affect our relationships in a play-based atmosphere.
